Crab mushrooms (roots removed and cleaned).

Fried tofu.

Place the fried tofu on the cutting board and cut it.

Heat oil in a pan, add cauliflower and chopped fried tofu and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil until the cauliflower is broken.
