Peel off the skin of the loofah and cut the vermicelli into strips

Cut loofah into strips

Put the stock in the pot and bring to a boil (if there is no stock, add water), add the loofah and cook for 2 minutes

Add the vermicelli and cook for 1 minute. Add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce to taste
