Steps
-
Choose ribs, cut into small pieces, and rinse with water to remove any blood. Add soy sauce, crushed garlic, and sugar, mix well and marinate for one minute.
-
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks, use chopsticks to roll the evenly marinated ribs piece by piece in the egg white, then roll them evenly in the cornstarch, and then put them on another plate,
-
Coat the ribs with starch, then heat the pan, pour in oil and heat
-
You can fry the ribs when you think the oil is almost there. Fry for a while and turn over with chopsticks until both sides are golden brown. Don't fry for too long, otherwise the meat will be old. Once the meat feels cooked, it can be plated
-
Take out the fried pork ribs and set aside
-
Next is the tomato. Score the tomato with a knife, then boil it in water for a minute. Pick it up and you can peel it directly😂 [This step is very fun] and then cut into cubes
-
Put a little oil, pour in the diced tomatoes, then add the white vinegar soup, pour it in and stir-fry together [note that the vinegar should be a little more sour, you can have more sugar, taste it when you stir-fry, don’t use too much vinegar, otherwise it will be unpalatable]
-
On medium heat, pour in the previously fried pork ribs and stir-fry together. After the pork ribs are evenly coated with juice, reduce the juice over high heat. [You can eat a small piece during this period to see if the taste is right. If not, you can fix it]
-
When the juice is gone, you can put it on the plate. Put the ribs first, pour the tomato juice on it, and sprinkle a little white sesame seeds, and it's done. Sweet and sour, very appetizing~
