Sweet and sour side dish - Pineapple Chicken Slices
Overview
I stayed at home and ate barbecue for two days on a cool rainy day. I really couldn’t be lazy anymore at night, so I cooked a meal in the evening to return to the rhythm of the workday. Every time I eat a pineapple, I use a small tool to twist the pineapple like a cork on a wine bottle and take it out, but this also wastes a lot of meat. This time, I directly learned from my friends at Meitian and used pineapple shells as utensils, which is beautiful and fun.
