Add salt to cold water, mix well and soak the hairy crabs for ten minutes

Boil water in a large pot and add a steamer. Steam the live hairy crabs until they cannot be moved. Turn off the heat, take them out, cut off the rope and clean them with a brush

Arrange the perilla leaves so that the hairy crabs are bottom-up and place on top of the perilla leaves and steam for 15 minutes

Cut the ginger into thin strips and mash it in a garlic jar. Add crab vinegar or other vinegar
