Chocolate soft center pie-Depp Baking Laboratory

Overview

This little dessert is actually a sponge cake tailor-made for the snack lovers at home. It is wrapped with marshmallows and covered in black chocolate. It looks like Orion, but this one is a mini version

Ingredients

Steps

1. 1 Add 10g of sugar to the egg yolks and beat evenly with a whisk;

   

2. 2 Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat with a whisk at low speed until coarse foam;

   

3. 3 Add the remaining caster sugar in three batches and beat until wet peaks form;

   

4. 4 Mix with the egg yolk part;

   

5. 5 Mix with the egg yolk part;

   

6. 6 Fold the sifted flour into the egg batter in batches;

   

7. 7 Put it into the Depp oven baking mode at 190℃ and bake the middle layer for about 12 minutes until the surface is golden;

   

8. 8 Take out of the oven and let cool, remove and set aside;

   

9. 9 With the bottom of the cake facing up, spread it flat on a plate, put marshmallows on the surface, put it in the microwave, blanch it for 20 to 25 seconds, take it out, and cover it with another piece of cake;

   

10. 10 Put the chocolate into a container and melt the insulated water into a smooth chocolate solution;

    

11. 11 Wrap in chocolate and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
