  1. Wash the tripe and cut into shreds.

  2. Thread it with bamboo skewers.

  3. Add peanut butter (tahini can also be used) and water in portions to make a yogurt-like paste.

  4. Add salt, pepper, and light soy sauce and stir evenly.

  5. Wash the garlic and shallots and mince them separately.

  6. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add tripe and cook for about a minute.

  7. Take out the tripe, add peanut butter, minced garlic, chopped green onion, mix well, and finally drizzle with spicy oil.
