Luxurious Family Banquet Sea Cucumber Steamed Egg
Overview
When eating out, if there are old people and children, the waiter will usually recommend a stewed egg because they can eat it. Indeed, this is a dish that both the elderly and children like and can eat. The youngest baby in my family is over one year old, and the eldest mother-in-law is over eighty. There must be such a dish in the family banquet, so that the elderly and children can eat it with confidence. Adding sea cucumber is more nutritious. This is a very appetizing dish, rich in nutrients, smooth and delicate. Although it is not difficult to make, it takes a lot of effort to steam it beautifully. Steps
-
First, soak the sea cucumber
-
Slice the sea cucumber
-
Crack the eggs into the bowl
-
Pour in 1:1 or 1:1.5 water and mix well. The mixed egg liquid is filtered more than 2 times (usually I filter it until there is very little foam)
-
Then add the garlic and sea cucumber and mix well
-
Cover the egg with plastic wrap and poke a few holes with a toothpick. Place in a pot and steam over water for 10-15 minutes.
-
During the steaming process, slice the sea cucumber into slices. After the surface of the egg liquid has solidified slightly, add the sea cucumber and continue steaming for 2-3 minutes until it is completely solidified (it will take about 15 minutes in total)
-
After taking it out of the pot, sprinkle some chopped green onions, light soy sauce and sesame oil to taste
