Kumquat, red dates and pear soup
Overview
Entering winter, it is getting colder and colder, and the climate is drier. Plus we use heating, and the air conditioner is even drier. Now is the season when kumquats are on the market. Today I will make a quick soup with them, red dates and pear. It is fragrant and appetizing, moisturizing and quenching thirst, and keeping away from dryness.
