Bean dregs and red bean buns
Overview
I pressed soy milk for breakfast, and the remaining bean dregs were made into this bean dregs and red bean buns, which are sweet, delicious, and nutritious.

Add bean dregs, sugar and yeast powder to the bowl,

Put in the steamer and cook for 20 minutes,

After the second steaming, bring the pot to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
