Steps
-
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces, wash and tear the enoki mushrooms and cauliflower, shred the green onion, and cut the coriander according to personal preference. Wash the fresh hand-cut mutton and set aside. Try to slice it as thinly as possible if you buy it from the market, or replace it with lamb rolls.
-
Heat the oil in a pan. When the pan is hot and smoking, add the oil, then add the tomatoes and stir-fry.
-
Slowly stir-fry over low heat until it becomes a sauce. It is recommended to add tomato sauce (the color is attractive enough and the acidity will increase), stir-fry until soft and add an appropriate amount of water.
-
After the water boils, add enoki mushrooms, cauliflower and other side dishes.
-
After a minute, add the hand-cut lamb to the pot.
-
It is done when the mutton changes color in the pot.
-
When plating is complete, sprinkle with coriander. (If you don’t like coriander, you can omit it).
