Wash the duck wings and blanch them over medium heat for 20 minutes. (For those who like it stronger, just blanch it in water for ten minutes.)

Remove the blood, rinse off the foam, add ginger and New Orleans barbecue sauce, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Line a baking sheet with oiled paper, place the baking sheet in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, take it out and brush the other side with honey.
