Peel the onion, wash, cut into strips and set aside.

Cut tofu into cubes and set aside.

Soak the yuba in water overnight, take it out, squeeze out excess water, cut into sections, and set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, pour in the tofu, stir-fry until golden brown, then add onions and yuba, season with a little salt, light soy sauce and five-spice powder, stir-fry for a while.
