Comprehensive Fruit Cup
Overview
Autumn has arrived in the blink of an eye, and this year’s summer has been particularly cool; it didn’t feel as hot as last year’s 40 degrees, so maintenance is also very easy. Today I chose mint leaves grown at home to make this dessert. This is not a simple dessert; it can "moisturize" the throat, skin, dryness, etc. caused by the change of seasons between autumn and summer in advance. Mint has a wide range of effects, mainly drinking mint juice can make the body and mind feel cool; it is very helpful for friends who often have dry throats or those who stay up late. Peppermint can also help dispel wind-heat and relieve stomach bloating or headaches. Mint jelly made from mint, combined with seasonal fruits; it sounds naturally cooling for the body and mind. The fruits in season are fresh and delicious, so how can you miss it? .

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the fruits and cut them into random pieces, peel the orange peel into shreds and set aside; soak the gelatine slices in ice water in advance to soften them.
-
Pour cold boiling water into a pot, add fine sugar and heat over low heat until it melts. Turn off the heat when small bubbles appear on the edge of the pot, no need to boil.
-
Drain the soaked gelatine sheets and put them into the heated sugar water, stir until melted; from this step on, there is no need to heat over high heat, otherwise the efficacy of the gelatine will be destroyed.
-
After the gelatine is melted, add mint leaves and orange peel shreds, mix well, and soak for 2 minutes; you don't need to soak it for too long, as it will taste bitter if you soak it for too long.
-
After 2 minutes, filter the mint leaf sugar water, only the water is needed, not the mint leaves.
-
Cool the filtered jelly liquid in cold water.
-
Put the previously cut fruit into the cup.
-
Then add the jelly liquid into the fruit cup.
-
Refrigerate until solid before serving.
