Pan-fried cod
Overview
Life is good. My daughter loves cod the most, but as a mother, I have never bought it for her. Cod is very nutritious, and my sister-in-law who loves her brought a lot of it and asked me to fry it with bread crumbs and eat it. I made a plate tonight and ate them all.

Marinate the cod fillets with red wine, white pepper, and a little salt for 15 minutes; beat the eggs.

Squeeze out the water from the cod pieces, pat them dry first, and then dip them in the egg liquid.

Finally pat in bread crumbs.

Put peanut oil in a pan and fry the cod pieces over low heat.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Eat it dipped in tomato sauce for a different flavor.
