Steamed Egg with Shopee
Overview
Steamed eggs are suitable for all ages. They taste light, tender and nutritious. Shrimp skin is rich in protein and minerals, especially calcium. It is known as a calcium storehouse and is the best way to supplement calcium for those who are deficient in calcium.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Ingredients 1: Eggs, dried shrimps, salt, and pepper powder.
-
Ingredients 2: Sesame oil.
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
-
Add an appropriate amount of warm water, stir constantly with chopsticks, and add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper powder to mix into a thin egg liquid.
-
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dried shrimps on top (if it is salty dried shrimps, you don’t need to add salt).
-
Find a suitable plate to cover the bowl, so that it will be especially tender when steamed. Turn on low heat and simmer until the eggs are steamed. (Personally, I don’t recommend covering the mouth of the bowl with plastic wrap for steaming. I feel that the plastic wrap is just plastic paper anyway, and there will definitely be toxic substances at high temperatures).

After serving, garnish with green onions and carrots.
