Wash the squid and remove the internal organs and other spoils from the stomach. Remove the beard (can be grilled or used for other dishes)

Cut the squid belly into one piece

Cut a squid into four slices

Add barbecue sauce, bean paste, and cooking wine and mix well. You can also sprinkle some barbecue ingredients to marinate together. This is basically enough salty taste. If you really like it, you can add less salt. It can be marinated in the refrigerator for an hour or two or longer.

Soak the skewers in water.

Take out the marinated squid and thread it into skewers

Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Brush oil on tin foil. Put the squid skewers on top and apply a little oil.

I baked it at 220 degrees for ten minutes. Take out and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Bake for another ten minutes. It depends on the temperament of your own oven.
