Mince ginger and garlic, wash fresh shrimps.

Add an appropriate amount of olive oil to the pan, sauté the minced ginger and garlic until golden in color, add the fresh shrimps and stir-fry until cooked through.

Set aside.

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into similar size pieces. Cut onions into cubes and set aside. Potato pieces should be soaked in water to prevent oxidation.

Cook the noodles in a large pot, add a pinch of salt and an appropriate amount of olive oil, and cook for 8-10 minutes.

After cooking, take it out and rinse with cold water.
