Crispy peanuts
Overview
Crispy peanuts, everyone can make them, right? It is a good companion with wine and porridge. And in our Sichuan cuisine, it is often used to mix vegetables and garnish with side dishes. For example, Kung Pao Chicken, a dish that Sister Mo came to C City to learn some time ago, also needs to be used as a side dish. I'm not making Kung Pao today. I also used it to make cold chicken. I just made a little more and the rest is great for porridge.
