Overview
Pancake tubes, also known as wheat fat and five tigers catching sheep, are traditional Han snacks unique to Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province and are usually eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival. It belongs to Zhejiang cuisine and has the characteristics of thin and tough dough and fresh and fragrant seasonings.
