The main materials are ready;

Remove the legs and whiskers of the black tiger shrimp, pick out the shrimp threads, wash and drain;

Place the drained black tiger prawns on kitchen paper to absorb the remaining water;

Prepare two pieces of tin foil, cover one with coarse salt, and evenly sprinkle in peppercorns and chopped star anise;
