Ingredients
Steps
-
Put an appropriate amount of flour in a basin, pour in hot water and stir to form a snowflake shape. (Add or reduce the amount of flour according to the number of people eating it)
-
After kneading the snowflake-shaped flour into a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for half an hour.
-
Cut the ham and pepper into small long strips or into small cubes and set aside.
-
After the dough has risen, knead it into a smooth dough and divide it into four even portions.
-
After the dough is kneaded, add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, salt and pepper, and a little more salt and pepper into the chopped peppers, mix evenly, and add seasonings before wrapping the peppers.
-
After stirring the pepper evenly, add the ham and stir evenly.
-
Roll out the dough into thin slices and add an appropriate amount of seasoned pepper ham.
-
Wrap it into a bun shape and press it flat without using too much force to avoid breaking it.
-
Put oil in the bottom of the pot. You can add a little more oil. Of course, it doesn't matter if it doesn't stick to the pot. Heat the oil until it is 70% hot and put the pie in. Be sure to use low heat and shake the pot gently to avoid sticking to the bottom. After one side is formed, turn it over, about three or four times in between.
-
Fry both sides until golden brown.
