Food safety is really a top priority. Now I don’t even want to buy noodles from outside because I don’t know what is added to them, so for the sake of health, I make my own

Add half a spoonful of salt to the flour, add water and mix into a slightly hard dough, knead for 5 minutes (the dough will become softer as you knead it)

Brush the surface of the dough with a layer of oil, cover it and let it rest for two to three hours (the longer it rests, the stronger the dough will be)

Prepare other ingredients, cut the rapeseed in half from the middle

Chop onions and garlic into mince, chili powder, sesame seeds and allspice powder are ready

Place the risen dough on an oiled surface

Divide into five parts

Take one of the pieces, roll it into a rectangle, and use a rolling pin to press out a mark in the middle

Grab the two ends with both hands and pull them into noodles, shaking them while pulling them

Split the noodles in half according to the original indentation

When pulling the noodles, make a pot of boiling water. When the noodles are cooked, add the rapeseed. Cook for a while and then turn off the heat

Heat the oil in a pan

Prepare a large bowl, add three spoons of soy sauce, three spoons of vinegar, and add the cooked noodles

Drain in the cooked noodles

Add minced onions and garlic

Add sesame seeds, five spice powder and chili powder

Pour in hot oil
