Knead the smallest piece of dough in the bread machine using the imix program for about 10 minutes

Cover the three kneaded doughs with plastic wrap and let them rise for 15 minutes

Roll the red dough into a rectangular shape, then roll it into a column. Be sure to pinch the closing edge tightly

Roll the white dough into a square shape, wrap the red dough and pinch tightly

Finally, roll the green dough into a square shape, wrap the above dough and pinch it tightly

Put the dough back into the bread barrel, select the fermentation mode, start the second fermentation, and ferment until it doubles in size
