Honey concave cake
Overview
I first learned about concave cakes when I watched Kangxi's Coming. The program recommended a number of online delicacies, but the one that impressed me the most was this one. Just by looking at it, I thought it was delicious. It is said that it would take half a year to get it if you pre-ordered it online. At that time, I really envied the Taiwanese people. I deeply felt that the Taiwanese people were so lucky to live in a food paradise! In the blink of an eye, Grandpa and Uncle's shops were opened all over the island city. The concave cake that I had been dreaming about for many years was finally within my reach. After eating a few, I felt that it was not a difficult cake after all. Compared with other cakes that have strict requirements, I feel that the concave cake is really entry-level, and the ingredients and methods are super simple.

Put eggs, egg yolks, powdered sugar, and honey into a clean basin.

Mix the beaten egg liquid and flour evenly with a spatula until there are no flour particles.

Line the mold with oiled paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
-
Pour the cake batter into the mold lined with greaseproof paper, and shake it a few times to release large air bubbles.

When cool it becomes a "concave" cake.
