  1. Put the beef brisket in cold water, add a little cooking wine, blanch it, then remove and rinse

  2. Wash the beef brisket and cut into small pieces

  3. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry beef brisket

  4. Add water, more water is needed, add curry cubes

  5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 50 minutes. You can also use a pressure cooker

  6. Peel and dice potatoes

  7. Simmer the beef brisket until soft and then add the potatoes

  8. Season with a little salt and continue to simmer until the potatoes are tender

  9. If there is a lot of soup at the end, you can reduce it over high heat, or you can leave it out. It’s great for scooping up rice

  10. Finished product.
