Cut the pork into slices, marinate with salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, thirteen spices, and starch for 20 minutes.

Wash the beans and cut them into sections.

Cut carrots into strips and green peppers into shreds.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green onion and ginger.

After stir-frying, add the marinated meat slices and continue stir-frying.

Fry the meat until it changes color, then add the beans.

Fry the beans until they turn green, then add the carrots. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt to taste.

Pour hot water until it is level with the dish. The fire comes to a boil. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

When the beans are mature, add half of the hand-rolled noodles, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the remaining noodles and simmer for another 2 minutes. Use chopsticks to turn them over to prevent them from being cooked. If there is not enough water, add less hot water. Add green pepper shreds before serving, and simmer for another 1 minute before serving.
