  4. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green onion and ginger.

  5. After stir-frying, add the marinated meat slices and continue stir-frying.

  6. Fry the meat until it changes color, then add the beans.

  7. Fry the beans until they turn green, then add the carrots. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt to taste.

  10. Add the remaining noodles and simmer for another 2 minutes. Use chopsticks to turn them over to prevent them from being cooked. If there is not enough water, add less hot water. Add green pepper shreds before serving, and simmer for another 1 minute before serving.
