Lotus seed milk paste
Overview
The raffinose contained in lotus seeds is a tonic suitable for all ages. It is a commonly used nutritional product for those who are chronically ill, postpartum, or elderly and physically weak. For pregnant women, it can be eaten during normal pregnancy, but because it has the effect of promoting blood circulation, it is not advisable to eat too much. It is more suitable for pregnant women to consume before giving birth or during difficult labor.
