  1. Wash and dry-clean the enoki mushrooms and use half an onion and a small piece of carrot.

  2. Cut the carrots into plum blossoms, or just slice them as you like. Cut the onion into approximately 1cm square pieces.

  3. Boil water in a wok, add carrot slices, and then add enoki mushrooms after boiling again.

  4. Boil the enoki mushrooms for 2 minutes. Take out the enoki mushrooms first, then cook the carrot slices for another minute and take them out.
