Bacon salty bread
Overview
Desserts are not very popular in my family, which is the biggest reason why I have never made much progress in baking. However, all sweet recipes must be improved in my family, otherwise it will be in vain. That day, I told my daughter that I would make salty bread for her to eat, but she was told that the salty bread was never salty, tasteless, and not delicious at all. Haha, is this giving direction to mom? Okay, then improve. Today I used a recipe that is close to bagels to make salty bread, and I finally made it so that my daughter likes it. Recipe: Ingredients A: 300 grams of bread flour, 3 grams of yeast, 3 grams of sugar, 10 grams of salt, 6 grams of water, 175 grams of water. Ingredients B: 10 grams of butter. Ingredients C: 5 slices of bacon, an appropriate amount of corn kernels, a piece of onion, an appropriate amount of crushed black pepper. Method:

Add ingredient A to the bread bucket, remember to mix liquid first and then powder, mix it roughly, and then start a 30-minute dough mixing process. When finished, add butter and start another 10-minute dough mixing process. Then start the dough process for 40 minutes.
-
Prepare the filling, fry the bacon until fragrant, mix with corn kernels and chopped onions, and add crushed black pepper.
-
Take out the risen dough, deflate it and divide it into small portions.
-
Roll and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Roll out the dough into a long shape.
-
Place filling in the middle and cut into strips on both sides.
-
Stack the dough sheets on both sides one by one and wrap them around the filling.
-
Wrap them one by one. This is also the first time for me to shape them like this. The first one is not done well, and the next one is better than the last one. The bread should be rolled out into a square shape and slightly wider for easy operation. When cutting both sides, the workmanship should be even and symmetrical. When wrapping, it should be pressed well.
-
Put it in the oven to ferment for 30 minutes. Remember to put a bowl of hot water to create humidity. Brush the risen bread with egg yolk water. Add one egg yolk to one spoon of water and beat evenly. Then bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. After baking, remove from the oven and let cool naturally.
