【Beauty and anti-aging】Microwave cranberry preserves
Overview
Cranberries mainly grow in acidic peat soils in cool areas of the northern hemisphere. Since it is difficult to obtain and preserve fresh cranberry fruits, fresh cranberries are rarely seen on the market. Most of them are dried cranberries or mixed juices. Therefore, I am very happy to receive fresh cranberries from the American Cranberry Association. Cranberry is very rich in nutritional value and is a natural antibacterial health-care fruit~~~~~beautifies the skin, resists aging, reduces cardiovascular softening, reduces the incidence of gastric ulcers and gastric cancer, protects the gastrointestinal tract, protects oral hygiene, prevents common urinary tract infections in women, etc.~~~ Fresh cranberries that have been opened have a short refrigerated storage time, so I took part of them and made cranberry preserves, which prolongs the storage time and can be eaten slowly~~O(∩_∩)O~
