Pork buns with rose bean paste filling

A good friend sent me rose bean paste filling. The fragrant rose flavor is so tempting. I made a bun to give to a friend. I heard it looked like the one I bought. I received lots of compliments!

Add milk, egg liquid, salad oil and other liquids to the bread bucket in sequence, add salt and sugar, sift in high-gluten flour, add yeast, start two dough kneading programs, then start the yogurt program, select fermentation for 60 minutes

Take out the fermented dough and deflate it

Divide the dough evenly into 10 small pieces, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15 minutes

Rose bean paste filling is ready

Take a piece of dough, press it in the middle, roll it out in both upward and downward directions, then add bean paste filling and roll it up

All the dough is rolled up

Put it into the baking pan and put it into the oven for secondary fermentation at 45 degrees for 40 minutes

Take out the fermented dough and brush it with egg wash. Preheat the oven and bake on the middle shelf at 160 degrees for 20 minutes
