Beef fillet cubes with oyster sauce and king oyster mushroom
Overview
I often order beef in oyster sauce and the like in restaurants. I always feel that the meat in restaurants is very tender. I often can’t make that kind of texture at home. In fact, the most important thing in this kind of dish is the marinating of the beef. You must first adjust the base flavor, then add cornstarch and finally add cooking oil. Mix well and marinate. After trying it, you can slowly get closer to the taste you want. I added some red dragon fruit pieces for a slightly refreshing taste. Finally, using dragon fruit shells as a container is quite beautiful
