Weigh all the ingredients and set aside. Knead them with a Kobic U10 dough mixer until they have a thick film and then add butter.

Beat until glove film and ferment until 1.5 times in size.

Divide the sweet potatoes into 60g balls each, cut the sweet potatoes into sections, and steam them in a Kobic T30 steam oven at 130 degrees for 25 minutes. You can also steam them in a pot.
