Roast Chicken Thighs with Rosemary Potatoes
Overview
Roasting chicken legs with marinade tastes better and is easier. Add some potatoes as the bottom. The potatoes absorb the juice from the chicken legs and make it rich and full of flavor. I like the taste of rosemary. After roasting, the whole house is filled with fragrance.
