Traditional British food: Shepherd's Pie

Overview

A very popular term in the modern West is called Comfort Food, which literally translates as comfort food. According to my understanding, it is actually the food that everyone thinks of when they feel unwell. Representatives of Chinese food are porridge, Yangchun noodles, etc. Among Western food, I will think of this dish - Shepherd's Pie. Many people have been misled by McDonald's when it comes to their impression of pie. Pie is actually more for sharing. We sit together, you take a spoonful and I take a spoonful and enjoy it happily. In terms of taste, it can be salty or sweet. As long as the surface is covered with a layer of crust, it can be called a pie.
