Hot and sour chicken feet
Overview
The most common ways to eat chicken feet in my family are pickled chicken feet or braised chicken feet. Although they are delicious, the same way of eating them lacks novelty and excitement. This time I tried a very popular recipe - spicy and sour chicken feet, and it was a great success! Share it with everyone.

-
Wash the chicken feet, cut off the nails, cut them in half, and boil them in boiling water. Add ginger slices and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

Boil the chicken feet until they can be easily pierced with chopsticks. Take them out and rinse them with water to wash away the fat on the surface.
-
Prepare a basin of ice water

Put the chicken feet in and soak, it is best to put the whole pot in the refrigerator
-
Cut chilli padi into sections, slice ginger, flatten garlic, cut coriander, and shred perilla leaves (optional)

Pour into a container and cut a few slices of lemon
-
Add light soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar to taste (you can control the sweetness, sourness, and saltiness by yourself)
-
Take the chicken feet out of the ice water and put them into a container, sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds and mix well
-
Hot, sour, salty and sweet, it will be more delicious if you keep it in the refrigerator overnight~
