In my memory, my mother was a person who was particularly good at running a house. In her early years, her life was not very wealthy, but she used her hard work and wisdom to create a warm and comfortable home with limited living expenses. Steamed celery leaves are a dish created by my mother, reusing waste, environmentally friendly and healthy. Now that my mother is far away in heaven, I can no longer eat her delicious food, but this steamed celery leaves has become my specialty. Now my mother-in-law lives with us. She has high blood pressure. Every time we eat celery at home, I will keep the celery leaves and process them a little to make a healthy dish. Wash the celery leaves, drain the water and sprinkle evenly with flour.
