I’ve loved eating steamed eggs since I was a child. My mother didn’t pay much attention to the method when making them. Occasionally there would be honeycomb holes, but I didn’t think there was anything wrong with that. Now that I make it myself, I realize that steamed eggs can be so tender and as cute as jelly

Crack the eggs into the bowl

Add double the warm water and a little salt, stir well
