Ingredients: Two cucumbers, a handful of perilla leaves, two green onions, an appropriate amount of ginger, garlic cloves, small red peppers

Cut the cucumber into 3mm thick slices. When cutting, be sure to cut the knife diagonally into oval shapes. Chop the perilla and prepare the rest as shown in the picture.

Heat the oil and then heat the salt.
