Soy Sauce Curry Ham Fried Rice
Overview
Give me a bowl of leftover rice and you will be with me for the rest of my life. Is there anyone in this world who has never eaten fried rice? There may be some, but never many. What impressed me most in my childhood was the soy sauce fried rice made by my grandma. It really only had soy sauce and fried rice. Oh no, it was so heartless. In fact, it also had green onions... In the Northeast at that time, especially in the autumn and winter, it was almost impossible to eat green vegetables except for a few winter vegetables, so the fried rice was very vegetarian, but it was delicious. Probably, it’s because there is love in the meal. So even if it’s just a bowl of overnight leftovers, with only soy sauce and chopped green onions, my grandma, who is not very good at cooking, can make it with a taste that I will remember for a lifetime. Some people are gone, but the faces in the memory will not disappear, and the taste in the memory will not be forgotten. When making soy sauce fried rice, I only use soy sauce, no need to add salt, and the fried rice is light and delicious enough. Add a little more curry powder of your choice, and it's so delicious that I just wiped out a whole plate. We can all turn leftover food into delicious food~~
