Rinse the pig lungs with clean water and cut into pieces. Make sure they are larger. They will shrink a bit when cooked.

Put it in a basin, preferably a larger one. Mine is small. Add salt and wash it with your hands. Then rinse with water.

Add a few washed pork bones and blanch them together.

After blanching, wash off the floating residue.
