Stir-fried asparagus with mushrooms
Overview
I especially like to eat asparagus. I once watched a variety show where Master Aji taught me this dish. I tried it several times and it became very popular. Just control the heat. Don't over-fry the asparagus, otherwise it won't be crispy. Add salt as soon as the ingredients are put into the pot to bring out the sweetness of the asparagus. Here’s a delicious little secret to share with you. The asparagus has the faint aroma of shiitake mushrooms, which really goes well with it.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Use a plane to peel off the two-thirds of the asparagus skin above the root, and remove the heads and tails.
-
Cut asparagus diagonally, slice mushrooms, and mince a clove of garlic.
-
Heat the pan, heat oil, and add minced garlic. If there is a strong fire at home, add the ingredients very quickly. The minced garlic must not be blackened.
-
Add the ingredients and stir-fry twice.
-
Quickly add a small teaspoon of salt. Adding salt earlier can bring out the sweetness of the asparagus, which is one of the keys to this dish.
-
Pour a small amount of water and bring to a boil.
-
When you smell the sweet aroma of asparagus and shiitake mushrooms, start the pot immediately. If the fire at home is very strong, stir-fry it quickly to make it more fragrant.

It’s out of the pot. Simple but delicious. It's a wonderful combination, it matches so well hehe.
