BBQ Pork Crispy Chicken Wings
Overview
Baking and frying in an air fryer is very time-saving and convenient, and oil-free frying is particularly healthy. Grilled chicken wings don't use a drop of oil, but a lot of oil is forced out of them, making them extra crispy and delicious.

Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts on the surface

Blot up the water with kitchen paper

Put the chicken wings, onion, ginger, cooking wine, barbecued pork sauce, and light soy sauce into a large bowl and marinate for more than 2 hours

Prepare fried chicken noodles

Coat both sides of the chicken wings with fried chicken powder

Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 3 minutes, add the chicken wings, and bake for 8 minutes

Flip over and return to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with minced coriander on the surface.
