Fruit Basket Ice Cream Puffs
Overview
I really love this season. The wind is strong and the air is good, neither cold nor hot. There are really many varieties of key fruits. In my free time in the afternoon, I can make ice cream puffs and include all my favorite snacks. The smoothness of the ice cream, the crispness of the puffs, and the sweetness of the fruit are a perfect combination.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients.
-
Sift together low-gluten flour and cocoa powder.
-
Beat the eggs and set aside.
-
Butter and water.
-
Boil butter and water.
-
After boiling, turn off the heat and immediately add the sifted powder.
-
Mix well and it will become a cooked dough.
-
Add the egg liquid in about three times, mix well each time and then add the egg liquid (it is not necessary to use up all the egg liquid, it depends on the condition of the dough).
-
The dough can be pulled out into large pieces.
-
Use a spoon to take a piece of puff dough and arrange it into the belly of the basket. Use your hands to take a small piece in the middle and arrange it into the handle of the basket. (On your hands, dip the spoon in water and it will stop sticking.) Preheat the middle layer of the oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
-
Cut off the upper 1/3 of the puffs that have been baked and cooled. Clean the fruit and set aside.
-
First fill the basket with ice cream.
-
Then put the fruit and the basket handle.
