Brown sugar gauze noodles
Overview
When I was a child, brown sugar with the scent of sugar cane was paired with home-brewed rice wine, and boiled water was used as the soup base. Nowadays, I don’t lack anything. I eat and drink all day long, and I don’t care about meat or vegetables. Occasionally I eat a simple bowl of brown sugar gauze noodles, and even the soup and noodles are clean, and I don’t even need to wash the bowl...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar to the bowl. You can increase or decrease the amount of brown sugar according to your own taste.
-
Pour in the prepared rice wine. If you know how to drink wine, you can add more rice wine.
-
Brew with boiling water and the soup base is ready.
-
Boil the water and add half of the noodles, which is enough for one person to eat. Cook the gauze noodles for 30 seconds. Use chopsticks to stir continuously during the cooking process.
-
Put the gauze noodles directly into the soup base and pour a spoonful of lard (if there is no lard, you can use other oil instead)
-
Add scallions and it's refreshing enough to look at.
-
Picking up the chopsticks, the soup and noodles were all clean, and the bowl didn't even need to be washed...
