Chop the ribs into small pieces and soak them in water to remove the blood.

Add vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger, garlic, white pepper, oyster sauce and cooking wine and mix well.

Stir and marinate for about ten minutes.

Stir in peanut powder and steamed pork powder. Add a little water or stock and set aside.

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, add a little salt and mix well. Place the ribs on top of the potatoes.

Cook in pressure cooker for about 20 minutes.
