Braised Black Fungus Chicken Nuggets
Overview
I like black fungus. I always had it at home when I was a kid, and would serve it when guests came over. Sometimes I would pick some wild fungus in the mountains. It is rich in nutrients and is delicious with meat, chicken, and fish.

Chop the chicken pieces, blanch them and set aside.

Prepare ginger slices, chives, and star anise.

Cut the green garlic roots and soak the black fungus.

Add oil to the pot and sauté ginger, green onions and star anise until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces, stir-fry, then add appropriate amount of cooking wine, 4 tsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp dark soy sauce and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. (

Add black fungus, stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add garlic root and cook for another 3 minutes.

Finally, add salt, drop in sesame oil, mix well and serve.
