Sesame paste pancake
Overview
I wasn't very good at making pancakes in the past. The pancakes I made were too hard to bite, and no one in my family liked them. After seeing the delicious pancakes made by everyone in the food world, I tried it over the weekend and bought a bag of whole wheat flour. This time it was very soft and fragrant, which gave me confidence.

Prepare flour: 2 parts whole wheat flour, 1 part ordinary rich flour.

Slowly add the cold water while stirring the flour with chopsticks.

Knead into a smooth dough and rest for 30 minutes.

Roll out the risen dough into a sheet.

Spread the sesame paste mixed in advance (the sesame paste should be mixed with vegetable oil)

Roll the dough coated with sesame sauce into a roll.

Divide into small doses.

Roll into cake shape.
