Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients;
-
After washing the ribs, use a toothpick to gently poke some small holes in the meat part, so that it can be more flavorful when pickled;
-
Pour red wine over the ribs, then add pepper, salt and shredded ginger;
-
Use your hands to mix the ingredients added in step 3 evenly over the ribs;
-
Wrap the spareribs coated with the ingredients in step 4 with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour;
-
Heat the pot, add oil, add the ribs, and fry until the ribs turn golden brown, then you are ready to serve;
-
Peel the kiwi fruit and set aside;
-
Put the peeled kiwi fruit into the kitchen food processor and stir it slightly. Remember not to stir for too long, and don’t stir the pulp too finely. The pulp particles are larger and have more texture;
-
Place the fried pork ribs on a plate;
-
Just pour the squeezed kiwi juice onto the ribs before eating.

Well, it’s a juicy appetizer. When we eat this dish, our taste buds can freely swim in the sweet~slightly sour~slightly spicy~~a faint smell of red wine~~The nutritional value is not low, and it also takes into account both meat and vegetables. I hope everyone will like this little idea of Xixi~~
